Community Outreach Prison

This ALFC Prison Ministry has a vision to reach every inmate in the California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation with an opportunity to know and follow our Lord Jesus. Through the study of the Word of God we want every inmate to see that they can be free while serving their time and come out encouraged, equipped, enabled, and empowered to live a victorious and power filled Christian life forever.

Our prayer and effort is to help return these people to society different than when they entered, looking to be the fathers or mothers, the husbands, wives or children that would bring honor to God.

To reach this goal, we give regular bible studies at California Institution for Men, Glen Helen, Riverside County Jail, and San Bernardino Main Detention Center. We also mentor the Children of prisoners with the help of the Angel Tree Camping and Angel Tree Christmas gifts from their incarcerated parents.
